     My Terms and conditions are that I love Nevada and its History and I hope you do as well. I am responsible for the content of what I post, unless my site gets hacked.  I am not responsible for hurt feelings or your religious/political/social leanings.    I am interested in buying, selling and enjoying items of Nevada and the old west.  Please do not randomly send me  Nevada items to buy or look at.  I only look at  items when the Owner is present.  This protects you, and avoids misunderstandings.  If I buy a collection and it turns out that I underpaid for it because of material that I subsequently found was worth far more than I paid for it, I will catch up with you on it.   Don't hold your breath, it does not happen often.  If I overpaid, well, that is on me. I also do not buy items where there is a question of ownership.  
     If you want to donate a collection of Nevada photos, postcards, books, mining  equipment and/or supplies, feel free.  I pass on a lot of material to some of our local Goldfield, Reno/Sparks Historical Societies, use it to make gifts to young/new collectors,  or make it available to schools and artists when appropriate.  
PLEASE DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR NEVADA MATERIAL AND ENVELOPES WITH LETTERS INSIDE.  HISTORY COLLECTORS LOVE THEM AND WILL GIVE THEM A GOOD HOME!
   A final comment...MOST MATERIAL  that comes to me is NOT worth very much.  There are many LIARS on the Internet that will tell you that certain COMMON items are worth a lot when actually, they are worth very little or are reproductions. (Goldfield Hotel Spittoons are a good example....since the Goldfield Hotel didn't have their name on any of the original spittoons!)
